Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3-8 years of work experience.
Background in e-commerce, digital product, digital marketing at a DTC consumer startup or marketplace. Bonus points if you are a past founder of an e-commerce brand.
You are extremely detail-oriented, analytical and super organized.
You geek out over data, measuring results and optimizing performance by setting up processes to optimize workflows within operations, e-commerce, customer retention, customer journey and the overall customer experience.
You feel confident that you can manage our online business to build out our e-commerce side of the business, increase conversions, retention, AOV, repeat purchase rate, and customer satisfaction.
You have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the day to day tasks of running a business from the ground up.
Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn on the fly every day.
Mission-driven and have a deep interest in women’s sexual wellness and intimate relationships.
